We opened our restaurant in August 2016 to share our family recipes. Our family is from Dalat, a French resort town high in the mountains of South Vietnam. Our food is handcrafted the way our family has been cooking for generations. We wanted to offer healthy, authentic Vietnamese food from Dalat. We make our dishes from scratch using fresh herbs and spices. We dont use MSG or artificial flavoring. We offer many different food options including vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, low carb and keto friendly options.
